Computer Aided Design for Events
Once an idea and a budget has been established, event managers can begin to create a more detailed project plan of the event's layout. One of the most popular tools to within the industry is CAD
(Computer Aided Design), used to create 3D models of their desired venue. This is beneficial for event managers as not only can they this to visualise their plans and demonstrate their ideas to third-party clients, but they can also use the model to help with the operations of the event; i.e. crowd control and planning in the circumstance of emergency. Having the physical model for reference allows event managers to plan according to the design.

Below I have included examples of work I created on popular CAD software, SketchUp.
